Job Summary: As a Corporate Sales Telecaller, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential corporate clients, understanding their needs, and effectively promoting our company’s products or services over the phone. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, close sales deals, and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential corporate clients from a provided list or database.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and conversation.
  • Product/Service Presentation: Clearly and persuasively present the company’s products or services to potential client.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in the CRM system.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback to the sales team and management on market trends, customer needs, and sales performance.


  • Bachelor Degree in any field .
  • Proven experience in telemarketing or telecalling, preferably in corporate sales.
  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and a persuasive communication style.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
